ZenHaus Luxe partners with trusted manufacturers and fulfillment providers who ship products directly to customers.

After an order is placed, it is transmitted to the appropriate fulfillment partner for processing and delivery. Shipping timelines, tracking updates, and delivery coordination are handled by the fulfillment provider responsible for the product.

Customers typically receive shipping confirmation and tracking details from the fulfillment partner responsible for the order.

For products purchased through third-party retailer websites, shipping is handled entirely by the seller of record in accordance with that retailer’s policies.
