BioMat ships worldwide, with free standard shipping within contiguous North America. Standard shipping to the U.S. and Canada is typically 7–14 business days, and signature is required on delivery. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.

BioMat accepts returns requested within 30 days of delivery for a refund of product cost. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Products purchased through financing are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To start a return, BioMat requires an RMA number, and returned items must be received within two weeks of that RMA being issued. Returned items should be packed the same way they were originally shipped.
